
Chris Corry serves as Vice President of Industry Partnerships & Research for the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), where he leads the organization's housing research efforts, industry data initiatives, and engagement with key coalition partners, stakeholders, and industry allies throughout Washington state. He works closely with builders, policymakers, business leaders, and community organizations to advance policies and programs that support housing affordability, economic growth, and a strong building industry.
Prior to joining BIAW, Chris built a diverse career spanning state government, public policy, and the insurance industry. He served as Eastern Washington Director for the Washington Policy Center and spent more than a decade in the insurance sector, holding leadership roles focused on risk management, business development, and client relations. This combination of public policy expertise and private-sector experience gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing Washington's employers, homeowners, and communities.
A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science. Chris lives in the Palm Springs of Washington with his wife Jennica and their 6 kids. When not working, he loves to travel with his family, building LEGO, and supporting his community.
